🏠July 2025 Housing Market Trends
Mortgage rates increased slightly across the board in early July. Jumbo loans saw the biggest jump, while 30-year conventional rates remained relatively stable. Despite this, many buyers remain active in the market—especially those who are well-prepared and pre-approved.
With more homes coming to market and summer being a prime moving season, we’re seeing increased interest from both first-time buyers and those making strategic moves.
